of <h1>New Agencies Added to Issue Certificates of Origin-Non Preferential in Foreign Trade Policy Handbook Amendment.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, by adding new agencies to Appendix 4-C, which lists agencies authorized to issue Certificates of Origin-Non Preferential. The newly included agencies are the Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association in Bangalore, Malda Merchants' Chamber of Commerce in West Bengal, and the Wool & Woollens Export Promotion Council in Delhi. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
