Key changes include revisions to Paragraphs 4.27 and 4.22.1 regarding the governance of Advance Licenses and the extension of export obligation periods. A new sub-paragraph has been added to Paragraph 4.24A(b), requiring exporters to declare technical characteristics for certain inputs like alloy steel and synthetic rubber. Additionally, the list of ICDs in Paragraphs 4.19 and 4.40 now includes Tuticorin alongside Surajpur and Dadri. These updates aim to streamline foreign trade procedures.
