Permitted ports for metallic waste imports restricted to specified ports, limiting unshredded and loose scrap entry. Amendment to Paragraph 2.32(i)(b) of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) permits import of metallic waste and scrap in unshredded, compressed and loose form only through a specified list of seaports, inland container depots and a container freight station, thereby restricting authorised points of entry for such consignments.
