The amendments specify that applications for the Duty Free Credit Entitlement Certificate for Status Holder 2003-04 and Target Plus Scheme 2004-05 will be processed manually, without concessions in application fees due to the unavailability of the ECOM facility. The amendments also update the guidelines for applicants under the Target Plus Scheme, requiring bank receipt or demand draft details for application fee payment and a self-certified copy of a valid RCMC. These changes are issued in the public interest.
