of <h1>Correction to DEPB Rates: Serial No. 2, Product Code 66 Amended to 5% per Foreign Trade Policy Para 2.4.</h1> Public Notice No. 23/2005, dated June 20, 2005, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, announces a correction to the Schedule of Duty Entitlement Pass Book (DEPB) rates under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. The DEPB rate at Serial number 2 of Product Code 66, previously notified in Public Notice No. 12 dated May 26, 2005, is amended to 5 percent. This correction is made in the public interest, as authorized under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy.
