of <h1>Exporters Must Use Aayaat Niryaat Form for Applications to DGFT, Per Amendment to Public Notice No. 58(RE-2004.</h1> Public Notice No. 18/2005, dated June 8, 2005, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, amends Public Notice No. 58(RE-2004)/2002-2007, dated March 7, 2005. The amendment specifies that prospective exporters must submit their applications using the Aayaat Niryaat Form to the DGFT Headquarters in New Delhi. This amendment is made under the authority granted by paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 and is issued in the public interest.
