        <h1>Appendix five amendment adds authorised testing and certification agencies under the Foreign Trade Policy, updating Appendix entries.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade, under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, has amended Appendix 5 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) by adding six new entries listing recognised testing, inspection and certification agencies with names, addresses and contact details in India and abroad for administrative and verification purposes.
