of <h1>Advance Licensing Scheme Updated: Export from Any SEZ Now Allowed Per Amendment to Handbook, Paragraph 4.19.</h1> Amendments have been made to the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I), 2004-2009, under the authority of the Director General of Foreign Trade. Specifically, the amendment in Paragraph 4.19, as previously outlined in Public Notice No. 52 dated February 11, 2005, has been updated. The new provision allows export shipments under the Advance Licensing Scheme to be conducted from any Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This change is implemented in the public interest and is effective as of February 18, 2005.
