of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Three New Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies Added, Gulf Inspection Entry Corrected in Appendix 28.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued amendments to Appendix 28 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), 2004-2009, under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09. These amendments involve the inclusion of three new entities as Pre-shipment Inspection and Certification Agencies: NQAQSR-North America, Baltic Control Ltd., and National Marine Consultants Inc. Additionally, the entry for Gulf Inspection International Co. in the existing list has been corrected. These changes are made in the public interest and are documented in Public Notice No. 48/2004-09 dated 19/01/2005.
