of <h1>Correction to DEPB Rates: Value Caps Updated for Engineering Items at Sl. No. 337 & 352 Per Foreign Trade Policy.</h1> Attention is drawn to Public Notice No. 13/2004-2009, dated 6.10.2004, which revised DEPB rates for engineering items. Under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 and its Handbook of Procedures, the Director General of Foreign Trade announces corrections to this notice. Specifically, the value cap in column 4 of the annexure for entries at Sl. No. 337 and 352 should be corrected to Rs. 60 per kg and Rs. 1000 per kg, respectively. This correction is issued in the public interest.
