of <h1>DEPB Rates Suspension Revoked for Engineering Products; Amended Under Export & Import Policy 2002-2007.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has revoked the suspension of Duty Entitlement Passbook (DEPB) rates for products under the Engineering Product Group. This decision amends the Schedule of DEPB Rates, reversing the suspensions previously enacted through Public Notice No. 54 dated 28.02.2004 and Public Notice No. 56 dated 10.03.2004. The revocation is executed under the authority of the Export and Import Policy 2002-2007 and the Handbook of Procedures, Volume 1, and is issued in the public interest.
