of <h1>Handbook of Procedures Amended: Advance Licence Expiry, Export House Verification, TUV India Certification Updated.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) under the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07. The amendment clarifies that the expiry date for the Advance Licence for Annual Requirement is 18 months from issuance. It also adds a verification requirement for Export House status applications, specifying reduced export performance criteria for certain sectors and regions. Furthermore, the entry for TUV India Pvt Ltd in the list of certification agencies under Appendix 28 A has been updated. These changes are issued in the public interest.
