of <h1>Amendment to ITC(HS) 2002-2007: Mulberry Silk Waste exports no longer require registration, promoting free trade.</h1> The public notice dated July 10, 2002, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, amends the ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items for 2002-2007. It removes the restrictions on the export of Mulberry Silk Waste that is not carded or combed. Previously, exports of this item required a valid registration certificate from the Central Silk Board. The amendment now allows the export of this item without any restrictions, promoting free trade in this category. This change is made in the public interest.
