Changes include corrections, additions, and deletions in the Chemicals and Plastics product groups. Specific DEPB rates and value caps have been adjusted for numerous chemical products, such as Erythromycin and Sodium Nitrite, among others. Certain entries have been deleted, and new entries like Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid and Azithromycin Dihydrate have been added.
