of <h1>Import Rules for Milk Powder, Maize, and Oils under TRQ: Apply by Feb 11, 2002, Import by Mar 31, 2002.</h1> The public notice outlines the procedure for importing specific items under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) as per the notifications by the Ministry of Finance. Eligible entities for milk powder, maize, crude sunflower seed or safflower oil, and refined rape, colza, or mustard oil must import on behalf of actual users. Applications for quota allocation should be submitted to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade by February 11, 2002, with imports completed by March 31, 2002. Failure to import within the timeframe results in a two-year ineligibility for future quotas. The Exim Facilitation Committee will allocate quotas.
