of <h1>Sugar Export Validity Extended to May 31, 2001, for RCACs Issued by March 31, 2001, under Para 4.11.</h1> The public notice extends the validity period for the export of sugar under the Export & Import Policy, 1997-2002. Specifically, the extension applies to Registration-cum-Allocation-Certificates (RCACs) issued up to March 31, 2001, allowing exports until May 31, 2001. This amendment is made under the authority of Para 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy and is intended to serve the public interest. The notice is issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade and the Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade.
