of <h1>Export Rules Updated: New Amendments for Bone Products to EU Under Schedule 2 Appendix 1 ITC (HS.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002. The amendments pertain to the export of bones and bone products to the European Union. Item 35(i) allows the export of bones, horn, and hoof products, excluding meals, subject to a certificate from CAPEXIL regarding the production process. Item 35(ii) permits the export of bones and bone products, including ossein and gelatin for human consumption, contingent on CAPEXIL's approval of the production establishment and a health certificate. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
