of <h1>Handbook of Procedures Amended: New DEPB Rates for Steel, Textiles, and Food Products Effective Immediately.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) for the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002. The amendments include updated DEPB rates and revised descriptions for various export products. Notably, the DEPB rate for non-alloy steel forged hammers is set at 14.00. Descriptions for textile products have been updated, including cotton fabrics and processed cotton madeups. Additionally, the DEPB rate for a specific food product is revised to 17%. These changes apply to exports made on or after the date of this notice and are issued in the public interest.
