of <h1>Mulberry Silk Waste Export Now Permitted Under New DGFT Amendment in ITC (HS) Policy, Requires Registration Certificate.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, by adding a new entry in Schedule 2 Appendix I of the 'ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002.' The amendment allows the export of Mulberry Silk Waste, provided it is not carded or combed, and is conducted under a valid registration certificate issued by the Member Secretary of the Central Silk Board or authorized representatives. This amendment is issued in the public interest and is documented in Public Notice No. 36/(RE-98)/1997-2002, dated September 2, 1998.
