of <h1>X-ray apparatus for baggage and cargo inspection now exportable to Russia under relaxed norms per Public Notice No. 76.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has announced the inclusion of X-ray apparatus for baggage and cargo inspection in the list of items permitted for export to the Russian Federation under relaxed value addition norms. This decision is made under the Export and Import Policy of 1997-2002 and is detailed in Public Notice No. 76(PN)/1997-2002, dated March 5, 1998. The apparatus is classified under Exim Code No. 90.22. This measure is issued in the public interest to facilitate trade with Russia.
