of <h1>Roller Flour Mills Permitted to Freely Import Wheat for Domestic Sale Until March 1998 Under Export-Import Policy.</h1> The Export and Import Policy for April 1997 to March 2002 permits Roller Flour Mills to freely import wheat for their milling needs, provided the resultant flour is sold only in the domestic market. Mills must register their import contracts with the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), which will oversee the actual imports. These imports must adhere to the Actual User condition and be completed by March 31, 1998. This policy is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
