of <h1>Guidelines for Processing Deemed Export Drawback/TED Claims Filed Late Under Amended Para 8.3.1(iii) of HBP Volume 1.</h1> Public Notice No. 36, dated August 23, 2007, addresses the handling of pending claims for Deemed Export Drawback/TED refunds under the amended Para 8.3.1(iii) of HBP Volume 1. Applications that were filed after six months but within 12 months from the end of the option period should be processed according to the amended guidelines. Claims already granted with applicable late cuts by August 23, 2007, will not be reconsidered for enhancement. This directive is issued with the approval of the Director General of Foreign Trade.
