<h1>Export-Import Bank of India Offers USD 30M Credit to Mali for Electricity Project, Mandating 85% Indian Sourcing.</h1> Export-Import Bank of India has provided a USD 30 million Line of Credit to the Government of Mali for financing eligible exports, including consultancy services, for an electricity project from Cote d'Ivoire to Mali. At least 85% of the goods and services must be sourced from India. The agreement is effective from July 24, 2007, with a utilization period of 48 months for project exports and up to April 12, 2013, for other contracts. Shipments must comply with Reserve Bank declarations, and agency commissions are not covered under this credit. Compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act is required.
