of <h1>New Guidelines for Artistic Wooden Furniture Exports Under VKGUY Scheme: Certification and Benefits Explained.</h1> The circular outlines the methodology for distinguishing artistic work for granting benefits under the VKGUY Scheme for the export of identified artistic wooden furniture items listed in Appendix-37A. Exporters must have their invoices certified by the Export Promotion Council for Handicraft or other designated bodies to qualify for benefits. Regional authorities will require these certified invoices alongside export documents. Benefits are granted for items described as artistic in Customs shipping bills and classified under specified ITC HS codes. The circular includes specific product codes and descriptions for eligible wooden furniture, with benefits applicable from April 1, 2007.
