of <h1>Delhi VAT Registration Process Updated: Certificates Now Mailed Within a Week if Applications are Complete.</h1> The corrigendum amends a previous circular dated 16.04.2007 regarding the issuance of VAT registration certificates by the Department of Trade & Taxes, Government of NCT of Delhi. The correction specifies that applicants will receive their registration certificates by registered post within a week, provided there are no deficiencies in their applications, instead of receiving them at the branch on the same day. The document is addressed to various commissioners, branch and ward in-charges, and bar associations. Copies are also sent to the Commissioner of Trade & Taxes and for record-keeping purposes.
