of <h1>DVAT-51 Form Submission for Q1 2007: Manual Processing at Zonal Counters on June 30. Staff Attendance Required.</h1> The circular outlines the arrangements for receiving DVAT-51 forms for the quarter ending March 31, 2007. These forms will be accepted on June 30, 2007, at extension counters set up at zonal floors, operating from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. All relevant staff must attend work on this Saturday. Forms will be manually received, acknowledged, and entered into a register before being sent to the Front Office for data entry. The Zonal In-charge will oversee the process, ensuring forms are transported in bundles for data entry and returned post-entry. Date stamps for acknowledgment will be issued and must be returned by June 30, 2007. Transportation of forms to the Front Office is scheduled by zone from July 3 to July 5, 2007.
