of <h1>Board Updates Customs Communication: All Instructions via Numbered Circulars, Public Distribution, Immediate Implementation Required.</h1> The Board has revised its communication strategy for issuing instructions and clarifications in Customs Houses and Excise Commissionerates. All instructions will now be issued through numbered circulars. If any clarification is issued without a number, it must be referred back to the Board for proper numbering. These circulars will be made public and distributed to staff, trade, and relevant publications, except those classified as confidential. Field formations must circulate these numbered circulars to the trade without alterations to prevent inconsistencies. Immediate implementation of these instructions is required.
