It mandates that Inspectors and Superintendents stamp documents with their full names to facilitate efficient cross-verification. Additionally, it modifies the procedure for submitting proof of export. Exporters are no longer required to obtain written communication from the Division Office to the Range Office. Instead, the Division Office must directly send the certificate of proof of export to the Range Officer upon issuance, thereby streamlining the process and reducing the burden on exporters.
