of <h1>Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana Benefits Restored for Sesamum Seeds Exports from Sept 2004 to Sept 2005.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has clarified that the Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana benefits will be applicable to the export of Sesamum Seeds (Sesamum Indicum) for the period between September 1, 2004, and September 13, 2005. This decision follows representations from the exporting community, as the seeds were initially included in Appendix 37A but later excluded from the scheme benefits. The benefits will apply to exports listed under ITC HS Code 120740 at the 6-digit level and ITC HS Codes 12074010/12074090 at the 8-digit level. This directive is approved by the DGFT.
