of <h1>Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana Benefits Extended to Pepper Exports from Sept 2004 to April 2005.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade issued a circular regarding the Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana benefits for the export of pepper. Initially, exports of pepper under ITC(HS) Code 0904 were excluded from these benefits as per a previous notification. However, after receiving representations from exporters who had included these benefits in their contracts following the scheme's announcement in the 2004-09 Foreign Trade Policy, it was decided to extend the benefits to exports made between September 1, 2004, and April 26, 2005. This decision was approved by the competent authority.
