of <h1>Metallic Scrap Shipments Before Dec 1, 2005, Require Full Customs Inspection per Amended Policy Circular No. 32.</h1> The corrigendum to Policy Circular No. 32 (RE-2005)/2004-09 amends the last line to state that consignments of metallic scrap with a Bill of Lading dated on or before December 1, 2005, and certified by specified agencies, will undergo 100% inspection by Customs as per Custom Circular No. 56 dated October 18, 2004. This amendment is issued with the approval of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
