of <h1>Deadline Extended for Duty Free Credit Entitlement Applications for 2003-04; New Date Tied to Appendix-17D Notice.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has extended the deadline for filing applications for the Duty Free Credit Entitlement Certificate for Status Holders for the 2003-04 period. Initially set for December 31, 2004, and subsequently extended to March 31, 2005, the deadline is now further extended to three months following the issuance of a public notice regarding Appendix-17D of the Handbook of Procedures Vol.I. This extension is due to the non-notification of Appendix-17D and has been approved by the competent authority.
