Inclusion requires an undertaking from the registered office confirming the branch's testing and inspection capabilities or a certificate of registration with the National Accreditation Body of the scrap's country of origin. Branch offices must provide the necessary declaration or certification to be considered for inclusion. This directive has been approved by the DGFT.
