This quota will be managed by APEDA, which will allocate it according to their specified procedures. APEDA is responsible for ensuring the ceiling is not exceeded and must report to the Department of Commerce once the limit is reached. Additionally, APEDA is required to submit monthly statements detailing exporters, quantities, FOB values, and destinations to the Department of Commerce and the Statistical Division.
