This applies to items with previously established nexus norms or those included in the annexed list. The circular expands the list of items eligible for such consideration, covering various sectors like chemicals, electronics, engineering, food products, leather, plastics, agriculture, gems, and handicrafts, detailing specific capital goods that can be imported under the EPCG scheme.
