of <h1>ICD Jalandhar Approved as Notified Port for DFRC Exports per Handbook Paragraph 7.56 and Customs Notification 48/2000.</h1> ICD Jalandhar is recognized as a notified port under paragraph 7.56 of the Handbook (Vol. 1) (RE-00) for export shipments under the Duty-Free Replenishment Certificate (DFRC) scheme. This aligns with Customs notification no. 48/2000 dated April 25, 2000, which designates ICD Jalandhar as a notified port for DFRC exports. Consequently, shipments from ICD Jalandhar qualify for the DFRC facility as outlined in paragraph 7.56. This decision is approved by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).
