This LOC is designated for financing exports from India to Cote d'Ivoire, specifically for urban transport renewal in Abidjan through bus procurement (USD 21.8 million) and agricultural projects like vegetable oil extraction and cocoa production (USD 5 million). The utilization period is 48 to 60 months depending on the contract type. No agency commission is payable under this LOC, and authorized banks are instructed to inform exporters of these terms.
