of <h1>India Exim Bank Offers $50 Million Credit to Chad for Cotton, Steel, Agriculture, and Bicycle Projects.</h1> The Export-Import Bank of India has established a USD 50 million Line of Credit for the Government of the Republic of Chad, effective from September 27, 2005. This credit is designated for financing exports from India for four projects in Chad: a cotton yarn plant, a steel billet plant and rolling mill, an agricultural equipment assembly plant, and a bicycle plant. The credit utilization period is 48 months for project exports and 72 months for other contracts. Shipments must comply with GR/SDF form declarations, and agency commissions are not covered by this credit. Authorized Dealers should inform exporters of these terms.
