Consequently, the Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai, recommended withholding export incentives until proof of export is provided. The Ministry of Textiles is requested to complete investigations and provide firm-specific outcomes for a final decision. Customs officers are advised to be vigilant regarding this issue.
