of <h1>India Simplifies Export Process: One-Time Customs Permission for Factory Stuffing of Cargo Containers Introduced by Finance Ministry.</h1> The Government of India's Ministry of Finance, through the Central Board of Excise & Customs, has revised the procedure for factory stuffing of export cargo containers. Previously, exporters were required to obtain permission from Customs every six months. The Board has now decided to grant a one-time permission for factory stuffing, eliminating the need for biannual renewals. However, this permission may be revoked if any adverse issues are identified with the exporter. Relevant authorities are instructed to disseminate these changes through appropriate public notices or standing orders. Any implementation difficulties should be reported to the Board.
