Applies to all relevant departments.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs has extended the deadline for filing Form ST-3 for the period from July 1, 2012, to September 30, 2012, from April 15, 2013, to April 30, 2013. This extension is due to difficulties reported by assessees in filing returns. The decision aims to prevent delays and inconvenience to taxpayers. The order, issued by the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, applies to all relevant commissioners and directors within the Central Excise, Customs, and Service Tax departments.
