of <h1>Commissioner of Customs Ahmedabad Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for DRI Show Cause Notice to Adani Enterprises.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs at the Custom House in Ahmedabad as the Common Adjudicating Authority for a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. This notice, dated December 19, 2012, involves M/s Adani Enterprises Ltd. and other parties. The appointment is made in accordance with Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) under the Customs Act, 1962. Copies of this order have been sent to relevant customs and trade authorities in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
