Accessible via www.servicetaxmumbai.gov.in, it addresses assessment matters, procedural delays, and system issues, including ACES-related problems. Queries must be clear and include an ACES registration or PAN number. Responses, approved by the Chief Commissioner, will be provided within seven working days via email and shared with jurisdictional Commissionerates and nodal trade associations. This initiative aims to reduce administrative issues and foster a positive investment climate. Trade associations are encouraged to promote this facility.
