of <h1>India Extends e-Form 23B Filing Deadline for Auditors to December 23, 2012, Without Extra Fees.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India has announced an extension for the filing of e-form 23B by statutory auditors for the accounting year 2012-13. Originally subject to fees as per Schedule X, the filing deadline has been extended without additional fees until December 23, 2012, or the due date, whichever is later. This extension aims to facilitate the smooth submission of forms 23AC and 23ACA (Non-XBRL). The circular is addressed to all Regional Directors and Registrars of Companies.
