of <h1>Deadline Extended for LLPs to File Annual Return (Form 11) to July 31, 2012, for FY Ending March 2012.</h1> The Ministry has extended the deadline for Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) to file their Annual Return (Form 11) for the financial year ending March 31, 2012. Originally set at 60 days, the filing period is now extended to 122 days, with the new deadline being July 31, 2012. This extension is in continuation of a previous circular issued on June 6, 2012, and takes effect from June 30, 2012.
