The effective date for certain items in Appendix 37D is clarified, ensuring benefits under VKGUY for a specified period. The description for an item in Table-4 is corrected from 'Methyl Diethanolamine' to 'Other Derivatives of Pyradine,' with the ITC HS Code unchanged. Additionally, Mexico is confirmed to remain listed in Table-6. Another item description in Table-8 is amended to specify weight limits for lorries and trucks, with the ITC HS Code remaining the same.
