of <h1>India Halts 24-Hour Online Company Incorporation Pending Further Review by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India issued a circular regarding the online incorporation of companies within 24 hours. Initially, it was communicated that companies could be incorporated online quickly if e-forms 1, 18, 32, and forms for the Memorandum and Articles of Association were certified by a practicing professional. However, the Ministry has re-evaluated this process and decided not to implement the online approval system for these forms yet, despite companies currently being incorporated within 24-48 hours. The circular is addressed to all Regional Directors and Registrars of Companies.
