of <h1>SION No. H-3 Amended: Polycarbonate Approved for Import in Manufacturing Briefcases, Suitcases, and Beauty Cases.</h1> Amendments have been made to SION No. H-3 of the Plastic Product Group to accommodate technological advancements in manufacturing briefcases, suitcases, and beauty cases. Polycarbonate is now used instead of ABS or other polymers for enhanced impact strength. The amendments allow the import of polycarbonate moulding powder or granules as raw materials for these products. The export product description now includes items made of either ABS or polycarbonate, and a new import item entry for polycarbonate has been added, specifying a quantity of 1.05 kg per kg content in the export product. Other import item descriptions and quantities remain unchanged.
