Prosecution of directors: nominee directors of financial institutions to be covered by existing prosecutorial guidance for directors. The Ministry directs that nominee directors on behalf of public financial institutions, financial institutions and banks shall be treated in the same manner as provided in paragraph 2 of General Circular No.08/2011 concerning prosecution of directors, and that Regional Directors, Registrars of Companies and Official Liquidators should apply this guidance for administrative compliance.
