of <h1>Directorate of Valuation Officers Granted Customs Powers Under Sections 108-110 of Customs Act, 1962</h1> Officers of the Directorate of Valuation are authorized to act as Customs officers with the same powers as Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners of Customs under the Customs Act, 1962, across India. They may exercise authority under sections 108, 109, and 110, along with other functions assigned by the Central Board of Excise and Customs. Departments are directed to inform all relevant officers through standing orders and acknowledge receipt of this directive.
